Deine Aufgaben und Schwerpunkte

Als Operations Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die effiziente Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Transportprozessen im operativen Tagesgeschäfts. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Transportprozesse, die Zuteilung und Einhaltung von Zeitfenstern und die Kommunikation zwischen internen Abteilungen, Kunden und Partner/Dienstleistern, sowie die optimale Nutzung von Ressourcen und Minimierung von CO₂-Emissionen.

  • Planung und Koordination der Transporte unter Berücksichtigung von Laufzeit, Kosten und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Überwachung der Sendungen und proaktive Kommunikation bei Abweichungen
  • Kommunikation mit Fahrern, Kunden, Lager, Zoll und externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Fahrplänen, Buchungen und Transportdokumenten
  • Überwachung von Zeitfenstern, Lade- und Entladeprozessen
  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Eskalationen
  • Pflege von Transportdaten in TMS-Systemen und Erstellung von Statusberichten
  • Unterstützung bei der Kapazitätsplanung und Ressourcenzuteilung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder vergleichbar
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen Transportabwicklung Landverkehre
  • Kenntnisse in Zoll- und Gefahrgutabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Transportmanagementsystemen (TMS)
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS O365
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
