Your mission

As a Transport Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in managing our transportation flows:

  • Independently manage the scheduling and execution of international transports.
  • Organize orders from planning to execution and be creative in finding solutions.
  • Optimize transport routes and improve order processing using our transport management system.
  • You are the communication hub, fulfilling customer requests and interacting with international partners.
  • Monitor and optimize the profitability of transports (price and revenue control).
  • You will work in a dynamic team that celebrates successes together and tackles challenges as a unit.

Your Profile
  • A completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, HAS) or a solid training in freight forwarding.
  • Practical experience in transport management, ideally in road transport.
  • Hands-on experience with transport management software and proficiency in using common digital tools.
  • You are a true team player who values open communication and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented work approach.
  • A high affinity for digital technologies and the willingness to continuously learn and develop.
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
