The focus of this role is on business analysis and application/system support – with IT service activities forming the operational foundation. You will act as a central interface between business departments, IT and external partners, actively contributing to making our processes and systems more efficient, transparent and future-proof.
A particular focus will be on our central Transport Management System LBase, which supports the operational handling of our logistics processes, as well as on interfaces, data flows and IT service processes.
- Support, further develop and optimize our Transport Management System LBase
- Gather, structure and evaluate requirements from business departments and coordinate with external service providers regarding system adaptations and further developments
- Analyze, process and document incidents, service requests and recurring issues
- Support work on interfaces, system integrations and the analysis of data flows and technical dependencies
- Analyze and document business processes, including the preparation of process descriptions and decision papers
- Contribute to IT projects, the implementation of new systems and digital optimization initiatives
