Your mission
As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will take on central responsibility for our internal and external communications. You will manage and further develop our intranet, oversee our social media channels (especially LinkedIn), work closely with senior management, and actively support our employer branding efforts – thereby playing a key role in strengthening our brand and corporate culture.


  • Conceptualization, implementation, and further development of internal communications (e.g., intranet, employee newsletters, town halls, and information events)
  • Maintenance and continuous development of the intranet as a central information and collaboration platform for all employees
  • Responsibility for external communications, including press releases, website content, and media collaborations
  • Strategic management of our social media channels with a focus on LinkedIn – content creation, community management, and performance analysis
  • Close collaboration with senior management in developing and implementing the corporate communication strategy
  • Active support in employer branding: planning and implementing measures to strengthen our employer brand (e.g., career website, recruiting campaigns, employee stories)
  • Planning and execution of internal and external events as well as communication activities related to corporate events
  • Creation of high-quality texts, presentations, and visual content
  • Monitoring and reporting of communication activities and ongoing optimization based on data and feedback
Your Profile
  • Completed studies in communications, journalism, marketing, media studies, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in corporate communications, ideally in an international or dynamic environment
  • Solid expertise in social media management (especially LinkedIn) and experience with content management systems (e.g., intranet/website)
  • Strong writing and editorial skills as well as proficiency in visual tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • High level of creativity, structured thinking, and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication and networking skills and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
  • Affinity for the logistics industry and interest in topics such as sustainability and innovation are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., for events or site visits)

For this position, the collective agreement for employees in the freight forwarding and logistics industry applies. The actual compensation will be market-based and significantly above the collectively agreed minimum salary – depending on qualifications and experience.
