Your mission

As an Account Executive, Mid-Market (m/f/d), you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing mid-market business customers. Your primary task is to develop new business opportunities, analyze customer needs, and create tailored logistics solutions to drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for mid-market clients
  • Actively acquire new customers through targeted outreach and cold acquisition
  • Independently negotiate contract terms and handle objections
  • Develop customized logistics solutions across various transportation modes
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships with cross-selling and upselling approaches
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and maintain CRM database records

Your Profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in pipeline management and successfully closing deals
